Electrical Safety Upgrades for home owners and home closing
Is your home's electrical safety up to date?
Did you know that at least every 10 years, your smoke alarms need to be replaced? Whether you're in a community with older homes like Hartland or Clearwater or a newer built community like Tuscany your life safety devices may be outdated.
Recent electrical code updates help protect your home from fires and power surges while safeguarding your family against electrical shocks and environmental hazards like carbon monoxide.
We make upgrading simple and stress free. We install:
- Whole-home surge protection
- Tamper-resistant outlets
- While in use weather resistant outdoor covers and receptacles
- Improved breakers that sense arcing wires to help prevent fires
- GFCI protection to reduce the chance of shock
- Updated Carbon Monoxide alarms and smoke alarms
